Calling Home Equestrian

Calling Home Equestrian provides professional equestrian support services including, but not limited to:

• Holiday and overnight yard cover

• Hands-on equine care

• Yard management support

• Consultancy services

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding horses, facilities and any relevant behavioural or medical concerns. Calling Home Equestrian reserves the right to decline or withdraw services where safety, welfare or professional standards are compromised.

2. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms will be agreed prior to service delivery.

• Deposits may be required to secure bookings

• Invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe

• Late payments may incur additional charges

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable where time has been reserved and declined to other clients.

All downloadable templates and digital products are sold for personal or internal business use only.

They must not be resold, redistributed, shared or reproduced for commercial resale.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded.

All templates are provided as guidance documents and should be adapted to suit individual yard requirements and legal obligations.

Calling Home Equestrian operates with care, professionalism and industry-standard practices.

However:

• Clients remain responsible for their horses and facilities

• CHE is not liable for loss, injury or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions

• Services are provided in good faith and within professional competence
